These terms cover use of mathgamefree.com. They are not legal advice.
The games
You can play in the browser. An account is optional. Playing does not require a purchase. This site does not sell a Pro plan, a lifetime plan, or ads.
The rules on each game page are the rules this site uses. They are not an official edition of a textbook, a publisher, or another site. Sprouts and ultimate tic-tac-toe are older games. Penny Wise on this site means the coin game described on the page. Franco maze means each player builds a maze for the other and then walks it blind.
Accounts
You can use a username and password, or Google on this host. You choose a nickname that other players see. You are responsible for the password and for the Google account you connect.
We can end a session when you log out, when it is 30 days old, or when a password reset expires the older sessions.
Saved games and replays belong to the signed-in account that played them. Guest names stay on the device that created them.
Not for sale
There is nothing to buy, so there is nothing to refund. If that changes, these terms change first.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, break into another account, or send so much traffic that other people cannot play. A picture captcha sits on registration and sign-in. That is not a promise that abuse cannot happen.
Do not upload anything. The avatar is a preset or an image URL, not a file you send to us.
Age
Children may play. An account is not required. The cards say ages 6 and up, and ages 5 and up for ultimate tic-tac-toe. Creating an account stores the same fields whether the player is a child or not. We do not ask for a parent first.
